往生

The future life, the life to which anyone is going; to go to be born in the Pure Land of Amitābha.

(1) [lang id =1028]往相回向 To transfer one's merits to all beings that they may attain the Pure Land of Amitābha.

(2) [lang id =1028]還相回向 Having been born in the Pure Land to return to mortality and by one's merits to bring mortals to the Pure Land.
